Agreement to these terms

By using this website or selling items to Ayan Jewelry Co. (“Ayan Jewelry,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or our services.

What we do

We buy fine jewelry, gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, coins, bullion, luxury watches, and color gemstones from the public at our offices in Atlanta and New York City. We do not sell goods through this website, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell you anything.

Quotes, evaluations, and offers

• Any figure we give you before physically examining an item — by phone, email, or through the form on this site — is a non-binding estimate based on the information you provide.
• A firm offer is only made after we inspect, test, and weigh the item in person. If what we see differs from what was described, the figure will change.
• Offers reflect live precious-metal and gemstone markets and are therefore time-limited. An offer that is not accepted may be revised.
• Evaluations are free, and you are never obligated to sell.

Selling to us: your commitments

When you sell an item to us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are the lawful owner of the items, or are authorised to sell them;
• The items are free of any lien, security interest, or other claim;
• The items are not stolen and were not obtained unlawfully; and
• The information you have given us about the items is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

As required by law, we will ask for a valid government-issued photo ID and will record the transaction. We cannot buy from you without it. See our Privacy Policy for how those records are handled.

Payment

Once you accept an offer, we pay the same day. Available payment methods are explained at the time of the transaction. Sales to us are final once payment has been made and accepted.

Our right to decline

We may decline to make an offer, or to complete any transaction, at our discretion — including where ownership cannot be established, where identification is not provided, or where we believe a transaction may be unlawful.

Appointments

Appointments are held for a reasonable grace period. Please contact the relevant office if you are running late or need to reschedule. Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments take priority and large collections should always be booked in advance.

Website content

We work to keep this site accurate, but content is provided for general information only. Prices paid for past purchases shown on this site are historical examples — they reflect the market, condition, and specifications at the time and are not a guarantee of what we will pay for a similar item. We may change site content at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, photographs, graphics, and the Ayan Jewelry name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Transactions that take place at our New York City office are additionally subject to the laws and dealer regulations applicable there.
